Ridge AV supports and services audio, video, lighting, and control systems. To schedule service, call us at 512-827-2200 (Option 2), or use this form to get support.

Service Calls

For maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, system updates, and RMA's. Service Calls are billed on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum and are scheduled based on availability.

Training Sessions

Customizable training sessions open to any number of attendees. Training Sessions are split between an overview of the system and hands-on training.

Support Programs

If your system needs are more demanding and a Service Level Agreement is what you are after, then a Ridge AV Support Program is your answer. These programs are budget-friendly, guarantee response times, and include highly useable features that keep your system at peak performance.
